Symptoms
When attempting to to end date a benefit life event the following error occurs
ERROR

Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error
#8":
An error occurred while invoking task manage benefit life events. Review the
FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help
desk..
Per the server logs: ALL: Remote Region error #8: An uncaught exception was
thrown on the producer at
"http://hcm-internal.oracleoutsourcing.com:10619/hcmBenefits/rr/" while
trying to run an ADF Taskflow.
javax.servlet.ServletException: JBO-BEN:::BEN_PDLER_LER_IN_USE:
<MESSAGE><NUMBER>BEN-990699</NUMBER><TEXT>The life event record cannot be
deleted because it is already in
use.</TEXT><CAUSE></CAUSE><ACTION></ACTION><DETAILS></DETAILS><INCIDENT></INCI
DENT></MESSAGE>
Customer confirmed that the life events that they are wanting to end date are
not currently being used on an employees record.
