ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Error while assigning DFLT Benefits Relationship to an Employee: This benefit relationship name already exists for the person and legal entity. Enter a unique benefit relationship name. (BEN-991036). Therefore, you cannot enroll employee in Benefits


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Assign Benefits Relationship to employee.
2. Error is thrown.
