Symptoms

Person missing from the Payroll Activity Report and the Payroll Register Report. Person seen missing for single pay period.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As person was an active employee during the time frame of the reports, with data available in the Statement of Earnings, generated payslip, and Gross to Net report, this person should be appearing in the other reports as well.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Payroll Activity Report for person for 9/1/2017 - No Results
2. Run Payroll Register Report for person for 9/1/2017 - No Results
3. Run Costing Report for person for 9/1/2017 - Received Results
4. Run Gross to Net Report for person for 9/1/2017 - Received Results
