Facebook Page Not Appearing in Engage

On : NA version, Engage

Facebook Page not appearing in Engage though added as social property in Workflow & Automation > Resources tab.
The Facebook page is public.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. add Facebook page Keppel Demo FB Page to Workflow & Automation > Social Properties under bundle Keppel Energy Pte Ltd
2. go to Engage > select all channels or single channel: no Facebook channel is available

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access and use Facebook page in Engage.
