"Attribute SetCode Cannot Be Set" - Validation Error Occurred While Creating The Customer Account Via WS (Doc ID 2344029.1)

Symptoms

"Attribute SetCode cannot be set" this validation error occurred while creating the Customer Account

The validation error occurred while testing the createCustomerAccount SOAP API.

ERROR
-----------------------
JBO-27008: Attribute SetCode in view object CustomerAccountVO_CustomerAccountSite_CustomerAccountVOToCustomerAccountSiteVO_CustomerAccountSiteVO cannot be set.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. customerAccountService is working when we pass setId in request and response payload will be with setCode as "OFFICEDEPOT"
2. but in request payload when we pass setCode as "OFFICEDEPOT" getting error
