STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Edit Goal Plan
Goal Plan: Goal plan is created correctly to integrate with Performance Document.

Performance Template Configuration:
2. Performance Template
Goals template section is correctly added and configured to populate employee goals from employee profile

3. Performance Template/Document Period
Document period has goal population and correct review period assigned.

4. Inspite of having all the config correctly employee is still not seeing the goals in Performance document.

5.Import Goals and Competencies
have tried to use Import functionality but that doesn’t show review period and goal plan for 2017.

My Goals: XXXX 2017 Annual Review Period
