Why newly created logins are not showing any data in the Sales resource hierarchy in BI reports.

Goal

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Analytics

I am trying to enable the manager level reports and looks like there is some issue with the sales resource hierarchy. None of the newly created Gotos are showing any data in the Sales resource hierarchy in BI reports.
