Inventory History Extract Scheduler is not working

1. In the Scheduled Jobs, it executes and shows as Failure. And does not give any further details.
2. After changing the user name to a valid username, it now shows success.  But the output file is not showing anywhere.
3. After correcting the prefix, the header portion is generated but not the details
