On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Analytics

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After R12 upgrade, customer is not able to add content or edit content on custom Infolet. All custom infolets are showing blank. These infolets are added in HCM Infolet page

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In R11, all infolets are working fine with same roles

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login > Go to HCM Infolet page> All infolets show as blank

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view infolets
