Symptoms

Error when uploading a file into the application

There is a problem to upload a file into application. No matter the entity or the kind of file tried to upload, the application shows an error message.

If tried to upload a file in Manage File Import Activities task, the application shows the following error message:

"Your request could not be completed because of an error with the content management server. Contact your help desk.The request could not be completed because of the following error: An application error occurred. (FND-2)..oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.messages.FndMessagesUtil$FndMapResourceBundle"

If tried to upload a file in some entity like activities, account or service request; the application shows the following error message:

"Content item '(null)' was not successfully checked in. User '' does not have sufficient privileges"

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Sales Cloud
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance (FSM) -> Manage File Import Activity
3. Create new activity and try to upload the input file
