ETL Doesn't Load "READY TO LOAD" Shipments In OBIEE

Symptoms
The ETL doesn't load shipments which have the "READY TO LOAD" status in OBIEE.
The 3 following agents are activated :
- LOAD ORDER BASE TO HD
- LOAD ORDER RELEASE TO HD
- LOAD SHIPMENT TO HD
There is no FTI load rejects, and the FTI load log seems normal.
The ODI logs shows the error:
