Not Able To Add Classification Codes To The Classification Category

How to add Classification Codes to the Classification Category, if previously the category was disabled / enabled through Web Service Call
Currently the customer created a Classification Category first, the classification codes where coming up after inserting the where clause : WHERE PARTY_TYPE = 'ORGANIZATION'. They have disabled the category and enabled again through WS Call.
After this process the codes are not coming up, and triggering error message : No tree found for tree structure HZ_CLASSIFICATION_HIERARCHY
Steps to reproduce :
1.Create one Classification Category for FSM Task "Manage Classification Categories" with values as below.
2.Classification Category: CustomName
3.Classification Category Meaning: Custom Field Segmentation
4Classification Category Description .unchecked Allow Parent Code Assignment ; checked Allow Multiple Class Code Assignment
Under Entity Assignment clicked on "+" button and given Values as below.
Table Name: HZ_PARTIES ; Where Clause: WHERE PARTY_TYPE = 'ORGANIZATION'
Disable the classification category through WS call and enable it again.
Go to the same task, click on the classification category that was re-enabled and then Under Classification Codes when click on Add Button "+" getting error : "No tree found for tree structure HZ_CLASSIFICATION_HIERARCHY"
