Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

Outlook plugin error

While configuring sales cloud outlook plugin it is displaying an error.

"The user profile appears to be broken and needs to be recreated. All unsynchronized data will be lost. Do you want to recreate the profile?"

1. During Obtain Package step while installing Outlook plugin, this error occurs.
