Symptoms

You've created a backup of your FCCS application and are importing this into a new pod.  The import partially completes but throws an error: "EPMFDM-140124:Import for Source Adapter failed".  Upon signing into the application, all the Check Entity Groups defined in DM (in the original environment) are missing and need to be re-created.
