How To Select Or Edit Sales Method In Oracle CX Cloud Mobile App

We are not able to Select or Edit Sales Method on opportunity in the Oracle CX Cloud Mobile App. The Sales method, unlike the other drop down, doesn't even show up the arrow (which signifies it as a Drop down). How can we change this to a drop down so we can change the Sales Method?
