Error "There Is a Problem With Json Data" When Viewing Cash Flow Curves & Tables : ORA-OO920-Invalid Relational Operator

The Cash Flow curves and tables are not populating with data when attempting to open and view the Cash Flow in a Project/Shell. There is also error text displayed.
"<Unifier URL> says: there is a problem with json data"
Unifier log files return: ORA-OO920-Invalid Relational operator
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into the Unifier environment
- Navigate to Project/Shell where you wish to view the Cash Flow and open the item
- Click on red text in Project Cash Flow Curves section to see the error
- Visually confirm that curves and curve detail in the bottom section don't populate
