Is the phone will be formatted as per the setup done at 'Phone numbering plan' for Canada.
Is there a way I can format phone to 1-(xxx) xxx-xxxx?

Right now the default format of phone on person contact is 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx.But on 'Phone Numbering Plan', For Canada the setup is (999) 999-9999.
But when I look at the Canadian employee phone number format, they are listed as 999-999-9999. i.e. not following the setup and missing () for fist three character.
