Symptoms

The issue is being faced when creating multiple salary basis

i.e. error 'Salary element entry could not be created.' when trying to change salary basis. 


ERROR

Salary element entry could not be created. (CMP-1005343)



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add pending worker
2. Navigate through trainstops
3. On the 'Compensation and Other Information' trainstop, change the Salary Basis.
4. When changing from 'Annual Salary Basis' to 'Annual Salary' and clicking next, error is thrown
