Hovering Over Call Report Shows "Appointment" (Doc ID 2346301.1)

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Activity Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the customer goes to the Activities list under Account, the "Call Report" icon will say "Appointment" when the cursor hovers over the icon.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer expects that it would say "Call Report"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Accounts
2. Go to an account
3. Go to the Activities tab
4. Look for a "Call Report"
5. Hover over the icon.
6. It says "Appointment"

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the correct text when hovering over the icons.
