Error 'HTTP 404 Not Found' When Attempting to Launch a Report from the Favorites Dropdown in BI Publisher When Using Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) as a Proxy

After adding a report to your Favorites using the "Add to Favorites" link within BI Publisher, attempting to access the reports from the Favorites section generates the following error:
HTTP 404 Not Found
The webpage cannot be found
The following steps can be utilized to reproduce this issue:
- Login to BI Publisher.
- Select the Catalog link.
- Browse to a report within the catalog.
- Select the "More" dropdown for a report.
- Select the "Add to Favorites" link.
- Select the "Home" link.
- Select the "Favorites" dropdown.
- Select the added report.
- Note the reported error which occurs when attempting to load the report.
This issue occurs when using Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) as a proxy to BI Publisher.
