Symptoms

After adding a report to your Favorites using the "Add to Favorites" link within BI Publisher, attempting to access the reports from the Favorites section generates the following error:

ERROR

HTTP 404 Not Found
The webpage cannot be found

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------
The following steps can be utilized to reproduce this issue:

  1. Login to BI Publisher
  2. Select the Catalog link
  3. Browse to a report within your catalog
  4. Select the "More" dropdown for a report
  5. Select the "Add to Favorites" link
  6. Select the "Home" link
  7. Select the "Favorites" dropdown
  8. Select the added report
  9. Note the reported error which occurs when attempting to load the report

 This issue occurs when using Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) as a proxy to BI Publisher.
