Symptoms
When attempting to run Mass Copy for the first time (Initial), the following error occurs.
ERROR

Transaction header ID 2167.
The Mass Copy process failed on this asset and transaction.
The number of records processed is 0.
The number of records with warnings is 0.
The number of records that failed is 1.
The module Initial Mass Copy ended with an error.
