Symptoms

Lot Split Enabled attribute is set to yes
When creating items and not setting the attribute for Lot Split Enabled, it still defaults to yes.
 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare Item Import Template
2. Upload the Item Template to the UCM
3. Run the Load to Interface table ESS Process
4. Run the Item Import ESS Process
