When attempting to create a transaction for a worker, the following error occurs.
An application error has occurred. Caused by: javax.el.ELException: oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.oaext.osn.publicutil.OsnPublishException: oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.oaext.osn.publicutil.OsnPublishException: oracle.social.client.event.PublishException: oracle.social.client.util.ConnectionException: Failed to create a Social object: Social definition was not found. (PER.oracle.apps.hcm.employment.core.protectedUiModel.view.PromotionSocialVO)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Promote worker > review > error
