Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 17.8.0.3.

Expected Result: Users should be able to open any uMail item without incident.


Actual Result: Users are unable to open uMail items after navigating to another Shell's uMail item and back. The following is returned to the UI:

Access to companyurl.oracleindustry.com was denied
You don't have authorization to view this page.
HTTP ERROR 403
