CX Cloud Mobile App - Offline Mode Starts Automatically on Active Connection, Updates Are Not Saved to Cloud (Doc ID 2346560.1)

On : version, CX Mobile Application

Since the PB11 update, changes made to records or new records created in CX Mobile prompt the offline banner to appear despite the fact that the phone has good connectivity or is on Wi-Fi. This has been reported by users and is reproducible by admins. See attached video for example. The actions performed in the video appear as offline actions despite the fact that the phone has service. When I attempt to sync, the sync icon spins continuously.

Sync should complete as phones are online

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to mobile app
2. Go to any page and make a change

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot sync the app with Sales Cloud.
