Goal

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

Users were moved to Office 365 and the Exchange Server migration caused issues with the add-in. The following error is received over and over again:

Message in German: Zur korrekten Anwendung des Updates von Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook muss Outlook neu gestartet werden. Speichern Sie Ihre Anderungen, schließen Sie Outlook, und starten Sie es erneut.

Translation to English: To correctly apply the Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook update, Outlook must be restarted. Save your changes, close Outlook, and then start it again.
