Unable to See Receipts after Receiving Receipt Confirmation Payload Was Loaded Successfully (Doc ID 2347071.1)

Symptoms

Receiving Receipt Confirmation web service payload was successful, but receipt transactions cannot be seen in the UI (User Interface).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

On Submitting the Receiving Receipt Confirmation payload, Receipts should be created and on-hand balance should be updated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit the Receiving Receipt Confirmation payload
2. Navigate to Warehouse Operations > Receipts
3. Could not locate the receipts.
