Why Are IHT - Inventory History Transactions - Records Stuck in 'not Ready' and Not Progressing? (Doc ID 2347084.1)

Symptoms



ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Inventory History Records not progressing and not generating the IHT (Inventory History Transactions) files for the Activities included in Schedule Job.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

IHT file should generate as per the Schedule Job configuration if job completed successfully.

STEPS

1.  Do a transaction so that Inventory history records should generate for the activities mentioned in Job.
2.  Observe that the status of the records will be in 'NOT READY' status before processing.
3.  After the Interval time of the Job, check the inventory history records.

Then observe the records which will be in 'NOT READY' only.
