Not Able To Save Custom Saved Search For Contacts (Doc ID 2347637.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create the custom search on Contact specific to Siemens Admin PDQ Role,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

You must enter at least one value in the field to initiate a search
Your search is saved but will not run automatically because you have not enter any search values

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to contact and create advance search
