Goal

When creating below report in OTBI :

SELECT

"Workforce Performance - Performance Rating Real Time"."Questionnaire Question"."Question Text" s_1,
"Workforce Performance - Performance Rating Real Time"."Questionnaire Question"."Response Text" s_2,
"Workforce Performance - Performance Rating Real Time"."Worker"."Person ID" s_3,
"Workforce Performance - Performance Rating Real Time"."Worker"."Person Number" s_4,
"Workforce Performance - Performance Rating Real Time"."- Performance Rating"."Average Section Rating" s_5
FROM "Workforce Performance - Performance Rating Real Time"

The comments entered in a performance document  should be visible.

 

Note: If you add Average Manager Overall Rating column to the above query, you will still be unable to view section comments ("Response Text"). This behavior is as per design. To get a comment which are technically a section comments we need to add "Average Section Rating". The Overall Rating will not help you to get required details.
