Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

While entering the bank accounts in ESS, if Payment Type is selected as “International Transfer”, the country field doesn’t gets opened up so that users can select a different country. This is not the same when selected through Manage Person -> Manage Organisational Payment Method.

1. Steps to reproduce the situation currently faced:
-> Logged in as a United Kingdom Employee and Navigated to My Personal Information -> Payroll -> Payment Method.
-> Select Payment Type = International Transfer
-> The “Country” field is not editable. I should be allowed to select any country other than United Kingdom to enter the Bank Account details.

2. What is the expected behaviour > your actual final expectation on this :
a) The “Country” field should be editable for me to select a different country. But Currently this is not editable.

3. How is this problem affecting your current business > Business Impact:
-> There is a requirement for the Employees to be able to enter Bank Accounts for a different country apart from Employee’s Legislation.
This can be achieved by selecting Payment Type = “International Transfer” under My Personal Information -> Payroll -> Payment Method. By selecting this value, the Country fields should be editable for the User to enter any Country. This is currently no working.
