Goal

How to have project name should not be a hyperlink. ?

We have a following business scenario:

2 Sales person (poc.salesrep and rep4) are part of opportunity team, a project is associated to the opportunity (project is a custom parent entity).
One of the sales rep (poc.salesrep) is present on the project sales team as well. When he views the opportunity, he can see the project name as hyperlink. He can navigate to the project and can even remove existing association and create a new one.
Whereas rep4 is not present on the project sales team, so he can only view the remove icon but cannot view the project name associated to the opportunity.
Attached screenshots for reference.

Expected behavior: Rep4 should see the project name associated to the opportunity and should to able to delete the association. But the project name should not be a hyperlink.

Current visibility set for a sales rep user is - he/she can view a project only if he/she is either the project owner or is present on the project sales team.
