Documents Type Does Not Appear In Documents Of Record

Information in this document applies to any platform.
A newly created Document Type is not showing up after creation.
The new Document Type should be seen and available after creation.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator >> Person Management
2. Search for a person.
3. From the 'i' - click into Personal. and Employment and "Manage Documents"
4. Click the "+" to add new document
5. Try to find the Document Type you've just created.
