MCP Issues Causing Remote Message Error With Suspend Status Reason On Completion (Doc ID 2347923.1)

Symptoms

MCP issues causing Remote Message Error with Suspend Status Reason on Completion

Crew Shift ID XXXXXXXXXXXX attempted to enter a read on the MCP for Activity ID XXXXXXXXXXXXX/Assignment ID XXXXXXXXXXXX, but the MCP would not accept the Read even when the Crew hit override. He said he tried 5 or 6 times to get the read to take, with no luck so he did try to Suspend the Assignment, but that's when he got stuck on the MCP.

On the server, a completion Remote Message ID XXXXXXXXXXXXXX was received but failed for the following error:
"Status reason CM-SUS-EMERG is not valid for BO M2-Assignment status COMPLETED on Task ID XXXXXXXXXXXXX

CM-SUS-EMERG is a valid Status Reason for Suspend and should have not been associated to a Completion . Bugs on the MCP appear to have caused issue entering a read and the Suspend and Completion messages to get mixed up.
