Unable To Login to classic OSC Mobile via Android devices

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The customer is unable to log into the classic Oracle Sales cloud Mobile app from Android mobile devices. The error states:
"The username or password is incorrect. check your application setting"
The same credentials work fine for iOS devices and the web based Oracle Sales Cloud SUI. Also, CX Mobile app is unaffected.
