Fusion OTBI - Incorrect Date When Exporting Analysis To Excel

Dates are incorrect when exporting analysis to excel. Dates display or have been formatted to display the correct date when viewing via the system. However, when exporting to excel, excel seems to be treating the date as date/time in UTC. Upon formatting the exported data to see the date & time in excel, it displays the prior day 6pm, (the six hour offset to Central time).
Steps to Replicate:
Create analysis with Person Number and Person Hire Date from the Worker folder in the Workforce Management – Worker Assignment Real Time subject area.
Export to Excel.
