This document describes the steps for creating a basic enterprise structure and role mappings for resource roles in the event of an issue with the Create Company Information (quick setup) page that can accessed from the Company Profile Functional Area of the Sales, Service, Loyalty and Incentive Compensation Offerings.
This document is applicable to Oracle Engagement Cloud 18A on any platform. This document is for new customers involved in initial implementation. The steps need to be executed by the initial user with the following roles:
- Application Implementation Consultant
- IT Security Manager
- Application Diagnostics Administrator
