Saudi Arabia Legislation -Error Message While Terminating Work Relationship

When attempting to terminate work relationship the following error occurs.

"An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 12, Server Domain: HCMDomain, Server Instance: CoreProcessesServer_1, Application Name: HcmCoreApp"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Access manage Person Application and Search for Person 3656
2- Click on Person Name to Access Manage Employment Screen and then select Manage Work Relationships from Task
3- In Manage Work Relationships Screen Select Action and Select “Terminate”
4- Enter Termination Details and click on Review
5- Click on Submit and Confirm
7- Error Message Appears

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot terminate employee work relationship
