How to Find User Time Zone (Doc ID 2348229.1)

Goal

What table contains the user time zone. To be more specific, the time zone I'm looking for is the one under: user_menu>Set Preferences>Regional>Time Zone. What I'm trying to find is which table and column name contains this time zone value.
