You have Customized your Theme using the Appearance UI in a Sandbox session to update the background color, background image, logo, etc. When applied the theme appears throughout the environment, except when navigating to the "Scheduled Processes" page where the ribbon at the top of the page still appears as the Oracle default appearance.
