BP Records That Are Saved to Document Manager Display Garbled Text When Previewing as PDF

When attempting to preview a PDF document from Document Manager, the text in the PDF appears garbled.
When downloading the same PDF and previewing it, the text displays as expected. This occurs on Business Process Records that were saved to the Document Manager that are not Custom Prints.
