Generating Item Import Template Stops After Egp_System_Item_Interface Tab and CSV File Is Empty (Doc ID 2348645.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Trying to generate the ZIP and CSV files when there are 2,662 rows results in the process ending after the EGP_SYSTEM_ITEM_INTERFACE CSV is generated and the ZIP is empty

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The process would run until all CSV files are generated and the ZIP would be populated with the CSV files

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Download Item Import template
2. Populate the table with required information
3. Select Generate CSV -> the process runs and completes
4. Open ZIP file and there are no CSV files
