On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User is unable to see Accounts and Contacts in Outlook Inbox after the OSC Outlook synchronization completed successfully.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User expects to see Accounts and Contacts in Outlook Inbox after the OSC Outlook synchronization completed successfully.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User performs OSC Outlook sync.
2. No Accounts or Contacts are seen in the Outlook Inbox after the OSC Outlook synchronization completed successfully.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see Accounts and Contacts in Outlook Inbox after the OSC Outlook synchronization completed successfully.
