Auto Schedule Reports Not Getting Refresh Automatically

On : NA version, Analytics

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Report shows incomplete, not upto date data.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Report must show actual data in the system at the time of generating report.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Goto to OBIEE, Click on Catalog.
2. Navigate to the report titled - Product Wise Order Booking report monthly -NEW
3. Click on results.
4. Refresh the report

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, top management is presented with incomplete, not upto date data.
