Goal

The customer needs the file.png to be stored in the Reporting--> Explore Repository to make use of it. But keeping the file in the repository and using the File URL in Tools--> Appearance creates an issue. The logo (file.png) disappear when user re-login.
Unable to see the issue when the file or logo URL copied outside of the Explore Repository.
