Unable to Scroll Subtabs Under Account when language is set to Hebrew

When the phone is set to Hebrew language (writing is backwards from English), when drilling into an entity the sub-tab icons at the bottom of the screen display in reverse order from English (as it should). However if there are more than 5 icons there is no way to scroll the bottom icons to the left or right like you can when the language is set to English. How can this be corrected?
