Symptoms

Custom Reports deployed BI Publisher instance can have a Prompt for selecting the Year. This is populated by using a server Variable CURRENT_YEAR. This variable is being populated as part of Repository Variable Initialization Block during server start up. Due to this the Year prompt does not reflect current Year.
