Unable To Edit The Create Lead Action Mappings In Eloqua

When attempting to edit the Create Lead Action mappings page in Eloqua, the page refreshes and the mappings page does not load.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Eloqua and navigate to the Sales Cloud Integration App
2. Go to the Action page and select Edit on the Create Lead Action
