Symptoms

Error Running Evaluate Life Event for one employee


ERROR

A valid program or plan year period is missing for this compensation object. This error occurred in the package ben_enrolment_requirements.enrolment_requirements. (BEN-990166)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation: Benefits Administration * Enrollment
1. Enter the Person Number and ‘Effective-As-of-Date’
2. Click the ‘Search’ button
3. Click on the Employee Name
4. Click on the Task List and select ‘Person Life Events’
5. Click the ‘Potential Life Events’ tab and click on the ‘+’ icon
6. In the ‘Life Event’ field, select ‘Conversion’
7. In the ‘Notified’ field, enter ‘12/15/17’
8. Click the ‘Save’ button
9. Click the ‘Task’ list and select ‘Process Life Event’
10. Click the ‘Evaluate Life Event’ button
11. Error is thrown. This is happening for only employee # xxxxxx
