Oracle Contracts Microsoft Word Add-in Not Working As Expected (Doc ID 2349613.1)

On : version, Contract Authoring

Oracle Contracts Add in is Greyed Out and some times errors out

'An internal error has occurred. Contact your system administrator'

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.downloaded the Microsoft Add in
2. Edit a contract
3. Contract Terms
4. Download contract
5. Open the XML.
6. Go to "Oracle Contracts" tab and click on "Add Clause"

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the word add in successfully.
